We use public sources such as hospital websites, the DGHS facility registry and reputable doctor directories, and information provided directly by doctors and facilities. We never invent data. When a field is unknown it is left out or shown as “call to confirm”.
Doctor profiles are checked against the BMDC registration number provided. Reviews are read by our team and published only when they appear genuine and respectful.
Search results and profile order depend on relevance and information quality, never on payment or advertising. Advertisements, if shown, are clearly labelled.
Every profile has a “suggest a correction” form. We review corrections promptly and update the “last checked” date.
